Whats the difference between genereal admission and “On The Green”?

The park is an open environment and we have sectioned off areas that provide best sight and sound experience. “On The Green” is a preferred seating area and merchandise options.  General admission is all other areas, outside the “On The Green” area, including the hillside viewing area,  and other festival attractions.  Peace, Unity & Reggae will be throughout anywhere you choose!

PLEASE NOTE: Your event ticket DOES NOT include parking. Parking is available for FREE, but is first come first park.  Plan to arrive early.

Information and Rules

  • “On The Green” wristband purchase is subject to the terms and agreement herein.
  • No meet and greets included.
  • No ticket sharing.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or damaged.
  • Must bring your own lawn chair
  • No refunds will be issued.

Included with every  “On the Green” wristband :

  • Access to all areas available to the general public PLUS 2 days access to “On The Green” seating area

    Terms & Agreement

    Reggae on the Green LLC(“the promoter”)reserves the right, without refunding any portion of the ticket  purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the festival rules, Mount Trashmore City Park or any local, state, or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive.  Persons entering the festival are subject to search. All ticket holders bear all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. All ticket holders bear all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of any tickets is strictly prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. No tickets may be used for private or third party advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), unless approved by the promoter.  All attendees consent to the promoter’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording and future promotion of the event. 

    An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive and give up any and all claims and potential claims against the promoter, City of Virginia Beach, Parks and Recreations Department and against its agents, employees, and contractors (the “Released Parties”) —relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers including as a result of the negligence of the Released Parties. By attending this event I hereby assume any and all of the risks that may exist and are associated with COVID-19 and release and hold harmless from all liability the Released Parties including but not limited to liability arising from the negligence of or fault of the Released Parties.
